2026-2027 Girls 14 & Under Commitment Paperwork

Orange Location: If you received a phone call from a coach on 10/3 or 10/4 and verbally committed to ProPlay, please complete the following commitment steps/paperwork (1-4) to secure your spot.

SAN DIEGO location only: please complete steps 1-3 (step 4 ignore for now - payment options can be discussed with Megan/Filip)

1. Complete the SCSN Player Commitment Form: https://scsnvolleyball.sportngin.com/register/form/337167420
2. Purchase your required SCSN/USAV Regional Memberships (approx. $78 total): https://memberships.sportsengine.com/org/scsn-usa-volleyball/affiliation/ProPlay-Volleyball-Club/get-membership
3. Complete the player packet. Players will try on sample gear at commitment day so we can collect sizes and other important player registration information: https://www.proplayvolleyball.com/registration/72742
4. Review and accept your "offer" in the "Action Required: Offer for [your daughter's name]" email. This email goes to the primary account user listed on the athlete's crossbar profile - please check your spam/promotions folder.

• If you would like to pay in full or pay your $1000 deposit and set up a monthly payment plan via credit/debit card or electronic check, you will do so by clicking the blue "review offer" link at the bottom of the "action required" email. *Debit/Credit card and electronic check payments will incur additional processing fees
• If you need an updated "offer" because you plan to pay or paid any portion of your tuition via cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle at commitment day - please email proplayvolleyball@gmail.com to let us know so we can send you an updated offer that reflects your in-person payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks to send you an updated offer email.

Payment Notes:

• You have the option to pay in full (on 10/4) or pay your $1000 deposit (on 10/4 ) and set up a 7-month payment plan which will bill on the 4th of each month beginning 11/4.
• If you pay in full, there is a $150 discount. We recommend paying in full via cash, check, Venmo or Zelle to take true advantage of this discount since it avoids processing fees. You can pay in full via credit/debit card or electronic check via the "review offer" link in the "action required" email but it will have additional processing fees - we can issue you a refund for $150 if you choose this method to pay in full.
